UPDATE: At the time I submitted my Top Ten List of films for 2021, I had not yet seen all of the films, and indeed I am still catching up. I made the decision to leave the original Top Ten list as is, and to make any additions only to my "Runners Up" list. 2021 proved to be a difficult year to see the films in a timely manner.
